TRACK WORKOUT Weds 7/12
......Sizzling Mile only a week away from this Wednesday, I thought we should run shorter distances. So I thought we would go with a 5 minute run then walk 100 meters or so, then keep decreasing the run time by 1 minute. Between each run walk/stop by the nearest 100 meter mark, and let's have runs of 5, 4, 3, 2, and even 1 minute runs. Try to stay smooth or go hard for a section or more. After that we may do a little more. Not sure yet, but be prepared.
