TRACK WORKOUT and FUN for JULY 5th

Since there are alot of races goin on today and coming up this week at the track will be easy, and then afterwards we are all walking to the nearby pub. I am posting the info below!

Hello everyone -
After several YEARS of discussing going to Boone's on a Wednesday, guess what??? We actually are this week!! I have the beer garden reserved for us around 6:30 pm - July 5. Since many of us are racing tomorrow, the work-out on Wednesday will be easier. We will do 400's with a 100 meter recovery walk for ____ minutes (Jack - please fill in). If you are racing on the Fourth of July, take it easy on Wednesday. This is a big week with the Fourth of July races and then Women's Distance Festival on Saturday. If you are new to racing, the Women's Distance Festival would be an excellent first race. Tons of men come out to cheer and help, and it is a really great race.

Let's go for 20 minutes max, but at least 15 minutes.The above is Katie's workout, then on to Boone's or just come to Boone's. This will be our first trip there after passing it many times. Behave yourself and have fun.
